Lelo Siri Review
Lelo Siri Review

Lelo have launched a new clitoral vibrator Siri and I was lucky enough to test the new designer vibe. I know I can be demanding (or so I’m told) but if I am spending over £60 on a sex toy I don’t want to compromise. If I am buying a designer sex toy I want it to offer feel good factor all round. I want power with practicality, gorgeous presentation, stimulating yet body safe materials and a low noise level. It’s that simple I don’t want overly smart styling yet impractical design or a sex toy that looks so unlike a sex toy that it ‘s only good for a back rub. As Lelo have already produced the Nea and Lily the question had to be was this an addition for additions sake?
I always coo over the presentation of Lelo’s sex toys, it marks the commencement of their pleasure giving with the tactile embossed card and sturdy gift box which is for keeps not the recycling. Thankfully the packaging doesn’t deviate from the norm with the expected impressive outer casings, where Siri does ring a change is with Lelo’s new style inner packaging which no longer offers the ready moulded seat to slip your sex toy in for storage after use but a throwaway blister pack which has to be thrown away after cutting open. This would annoy those of you that liked to arrange your Lelo Sex Toy as it arrived after cleaning but if you are like me and tend to store them in the satin pouch and throw it back in the box until next time this obviously won’t bother you.
Well as mentioned Siri is a clitoral vibrator and joins Lelo’s Nea and Lily which I already own. I find Nea and Lily to be different experiences in terms of tactility and size and enjoy both for differing reasons and so was curious as to what a third vibrator could offer. Siri arrives with all Lelo’s usual accompiaments, a charger, a storage bag, instructions, one year warranty card for complete replacement within this time and a 10 year warranty that allows a 50% discount if a replacement has to be bought within this time.
As I’m sure has been mentioned before the first thing to do with Siri as with all Lelo’s re-chargeable toys is to allow time for an initial charge on arrival. Don’t worry about whether you will realise when this is done as Siri has a white light behind the controls which flashes when charging and shows a solid light when it is complete. Two hours is all it takes for about four hours use and personally I love the battery free life of a re-chargeable sex toy and think about charging it when I plug my phone in during the week.
The style of Siri follows the same ‘palm’ vibrator shape of the Nea and Lily although its shape is somewhat different. Whereas its predecessors have sharper edges and more acute lines, Siri is much more rounded with bulbous curves. Another difference is the silicone tip which sits with the plastic ‘gripping’ end and provides a smooth, flexible touch to the clitoris. The entire body of Siri is of course firm akin to the other vibrators and pressure can be applied for a strong massage to the labia without any give. I love the silicone tip which feels warmer against the skin and fabulous with a little water based lube. When it comes to controlling Siri it really is easy peasy which suits me fine. Call me lazy but I really cannot be bothered to read through scrolls of instructions in eight languages or configure a sex toys buttons for a multitude of vibration patterns when I mostly stick to the single level buzz. Siri does have variation and this is enabled by arrow buttons which sit with the + and – intensity controls. Press the arrows and Siri scrolls through a surprising number of good toe clenching climax inducing throbs and pulses. If you like the variety of a vibrator with multifunction then Siri really will satisfy although boring as it sounds I still prefer to masturbate with a constant level vibration and alter the pressure and angle for teasing out the orgasm. Pressing the + button turns Siri on and increases the strength of vibration by pressing the - button Siri softens its vibration and eventually stops. The noise level when turned even to the highest setting is very low and if you need discretion Siri cannot be heard beyond your bedroom door.
The vibration itself is pretty strong and Lelo states that it is the strongest vibrator they have produced. I prefer strong vibrations for clitoral stimulation (who doesn’t) and Siri is both strong and resonant. The vibrations feel deeper than Nea and are less surface buzz and more core stimulation. I love the strength of the other vibrators but Siri does offer an extra vivication of the clitoral area which does indeed put the proof in the pudding. The vibrations also occur only at the silicone tip and not in the plastic part in your hand and the bulbous curves can be pivoted to push against your individual areas of pleasure at the labia and clitoral nub. I really like the precision massage that Lelo Nea and Lily offer but Siri doesn’t fall into the ‘couples massager’ category and does prove itself as an efficient women’s sex toy.
