Have more sex - Our New Year Resolution for 2008

Every year we make the same old resolutions, intended to cleanse our minds and bodies and ensure a new and improved you.
That very different slimmer, calmer, punctual, alcohol free, active, intellectual pillar of society.
Well we decided in the office that we would instead focus on increasing the enjoyable health beneficial habits instead of denying ourselves (pass the left over chocolates here) and feel satisfied that progress has been made in this the year of the Rat.
We are of course talking of our sex lives, whether alone in a relationship or playing the field we can all focus on our erogenous zones in the resolution that our general health and happines will be improved with our increased activity in the bedroom.
Are you sitting comfortably?
Let us begin extolling the health benefits of our one and only new years resolution
Have More Sex.
Reduced risk of heart disease and stroke. Forget those soon abandoned excercise regimes and expensive gym memberships. Sex 3 times a week or more reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke by half.
Lose weight A vigorous romp burns off approx 200 calories and the pulse rate rises from 70 to 150 beats per minute.
Improved muscle tone Forget the yoga and pilates, muscular contractions during intercourse work the thighs, buttocks, arms, neck and thorax.
A stronger you Forget jostling the meat heads at the gym, sex boosts the production of testosterone which results in stronger bones and muscles.
Be Happier Beat the winter blues with more sex. Prostoglandin the hormone found only in semen may be absorbed in the female genital area, modulating female hormones and alleviating depression.
Improved Health Individuals who have sex 1/2 times a week show 30% higher levels of the antibody immunoglobulin which boosts our immune system.
A happier you Immediately before orgasm our evels of the hormone oxytocin surge to 5 times their normal level which releases endorphins which alleviate pain and promote feelings of happiness.
Sexual activity in women also prompts the production of oestrogen which reduces the pain of PMS.
We hope to have convinced you all to continue enjoying yourselves as much as we know you have been, Enjoy!
Happy new year for 2008 and thank you for your continued support in the past year.
