this is really whisper quiet as described.the five variations in speed and pulse rhythms can give various sensations accordingly.think it was a good buy myself sometimes due to position of control button on the base, the settings accidentally get switched around. personally, i think i would prefer a slimmer toy myself but that's just my preference as i found it a bit big around the girth. for the price though it's excellent value does the job very well and very quiet. my only criticism is that there is an embossed flower design which can collect bed fluff etc so needs a bit more than a wipe with toy cleaner after use
