I have to admit that a silicone vibrating love ring just doesn't seem to have enough vibration to ring me to orgasm so we saw the Picobong Koa and thought it looked robust enough to work for us. The angle of the vibrating arm does take some getting used to but once you have both learnt to adopt the right positions, it resonates against the clitoris and has the desired effect. I would recommend it for a woman that struggles to orgasm during sex & would say that it takes a little practise.
